Learn how to manage your billing — top up your balance, track usage, and download your invoices.

Overview

Manage balance, usage, and invoices from the console Billing section. Credits apply as soon as a top-up succeeds.

FAQ

How do I top up my balance?

Go to Billing, choose a payment method, and top up. Credits become available immediately after a successful payment.

Which payment methods are supported?

Card payments are supported for most regions. Enterprise customers can request invoiced billing separately.

Why is my top-up pending?

Bank / 3-D Secure checks can delay confirmation for a few minutes. Refresh Billing; if it stays pending over 30 minutes, contact support with the payment reference.

Where can I download invoices?

In the console, navigate to Billing > Invoices. Filter by date range and download as needed.

Can I get a VAT / tax ID on invoices?

Add billing information under account settings. New invoices will include the details you saved.

How do I track usage by project?

Open Usage, filter by project or API key, and export CSV for deeper analysis.

Recommendation: set a soft alert below your hard limit so you have time to top up.
